At the end of January 2018 we visited the camping LE PALME in Pacengo di (Verona Lazise) and presented the AQUARING technology for water treatment.

Our proposal concerns the prevention of limestone formation and the containment of bacteria, especially of legionella bacteria in hot water production plants, a problem that every summer, and more and more, is a subject of news.

The campsite is a medium-sized structure for its type, has a receptivity of over 700 people and is spread over three different sectors, each one of these autonomous for aqueduct and sanitary water services.

The property is very attentive to the respect of sanitary rules and therefore had long been equipped with control systems and fight against legionella pneumophila but, in spite of this, the control analyzes that are carried out regularly had detected, on two of the numerous points checked, presence of bacteria exceeding the minimum law for which they intervened immediately with the corrective actions of the case.

Following the inspection we then made our proposal and signed the agreement: already in mid-March we installed the appliances in the three points of hot water generation positioning AQUARING L for the prevention of limescale on the cold water pipe before the entry into the boiler / boiler and AQUARING SP after the mixing valve, on the recirculation of the hot water intended for the users, for bacteriological containment.

It is interesting to note the brightness of the LEDs, in particular of the blue one: this means that the signal is transmitted at maximum power.

L’installazione non è stata semplice in quanto la complessità degli impianti ha richiesto più di un intervento per eliminare i loop, ma alla fine il risultato è stato positivo.

On the 13th of March, in agreement with the camping management, the company responsible for the laboratory analyzes carried out some samples of the hot water following the protocol required by law for this type of checks, in particular the samples were sampled points where the problem had previously occurred.

The results gave all negative results.

On 11 June the checks were repeated and the same was done on 2 October: in both cases all the tests gave a negative result, each sample was found compliant with the law.

The management has also opted for the installation of AQUARING equipment for remote control and take advantage of the over-estimation of 250% of investments in new material assets, devices and technologies enabling the 4.0 transformation.
